Questions and answers
Can I import my existing clients?
Yes, from your phone's contacts in the iOS and Android apps. Importing from CSV or spreadsheet files is not supported at the moment.
Where is my client data stored?
On the Free plan it is stored only on your device and is not sent to Avendo's servers. On Pro and Max you can turn on cloud sync to use the same data on several devices and in the web app.
Can my assistant or colleague see the same clients?
Yes, with Pro or Max. You can invite up to 5 people to a shared workspace with owner, admin or member roles.
Can I export my client list?
Paid plans can export data as a JSON backup, and the mobile apps can also export CSV.
