Privacy Policy

Avendo is a local-first application. When you use the Free plan, your data (clients, jobs, tasks, payments) is stored only on your device. We do not collect or access this local data. When you create an account for Pro or Max plans, we collect: your email address, display name, and payment information (processed by our payment provider Paddle). When you use cloud sync, your business data is stored on our servers in encrypted form.

We use your information to: provide and maintain the Avendo service, process payments through Paddle, sync your data across devices (Pro and Max plans), send important service notifications, and respond to support requests. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Local data is stored on your device and is not transmitted to our servers unless you enable cloud sync. Cloud data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information.

If you use AI features (Max plan), your business data context may be processed by our AI providers to generate summaries, suggestions and message drafts. AI processing is opt-in and only occurs when you actively use AI features.

The Avendo website uses minimal cookies for essential functionality. We use Cloudflare for security and performance. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

You can export all your data at any time in JSON or CSV format. You can delete your account and all associated cloud data through the app settings. Local data remains on your device until you uninstall the app.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email.
