Avendo

Payment tracking

Know who has paid, who owes and what is overdue

Avendo tracks the payment status of the work you do for clients: pending, paid, partially paid, overdue or cancelled, with a due date and the payment method. It does not process payments or move money — it is a clear record of what is owed, plus a reminder message you can send yourself.

Keeping payments under control

The goal is simple: no finished job should be forgotten before it is paid.

  1. Attach a payment to the work

Record the amount, due date and method for a job, so the payment is never separated from what it was for.

  2. Update the status

Mark it as paid, partially paid or overdue as things change.

  3. Review what is outstanding

The payments list and the Today screen show what is still unpaid and what is overdue.

  4. Send a reminder

Choose one of three tones and Avendo drafts the message. Open it in WhatsApp, Viber, Telegram, SMS or email, review it and send it yourself.

Payment tracking compared with invoicing and accounting software

Avendo sits before accounting: it answers "who still owes me?" rather than producing tax-ready books.

Helpful when

  • clients pay you in cash, by bank transfer or through apps and you need one overview
  • you often finish work before you are paid
  • you want a polite way to chase late payments
  • you are not ready for full accounting software

Not a replacement for

  • a payment processor or online checkout
  • accounting, bookkeeping or tax software
  • automatic reminders sent without you
  • tracking amounts in several currencies at once — a workspace uses one currency
