In Avendo, a job is one piece of work for a client: it has a date and time, a price, a location, notes, a reminder and a status (new, confirmed, done, cancelled or no-show). Jobs appear in a month calendar, and each job carries its own payment status, so you can see what is scheduled and what is still unpaid.

Whether you call it a job, a visit, a session or an appointment, the steps are the same.
Create the job
Choose the client, then set date, time, price, location and notes. Add a reminder so you are notified before it starts.
Confirm and plan
Move the job from new to confirmed and see it in the month calendar. On mobile, jobs and tasks can also be added to your phone's calendar.
Do the work
Mark the job as done — or as cancelled or no-show, so your records stay honest.
Close it out
Record the payment status and, on Pro, any expenses for the job to see what you actually earned.

Does Avendo have a calendar?
Yes. Jobs appear in a month calendar view. On iOS and Android, jobs and tasks can also be written to your phone's calendar.
Can clients book appointments themselves?
Yes, on the Pro plan. Your public booking page lets clients choose a service, date and time slot; confirming the booking can create the job for you.
Can I assign jobs to someone else?
Yes, in a shared workspace on Pro or Max, which allows up to 5 team members.
Does it work without internet?
Yes. On the Free plan everything is stored on your device and works offline. Paid plans add cloud sync when you are online.
