These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Avendo application and related services provided by Avendo.

Acceptance of terms

By using Avendo, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Service description

Avendo is a business assistant application for freelancers and small service businesses. It provides tools for managing clients, jobs, payments, tasks, reminders and bookings. The service is available in three plans: Free, Pro and Max.

Free plan

The Free plan provides local-only functionality without requiring an account. Data is stored on your device. We reserve the right to modify Free plan features with reasonable notice.

Paid plans

Pro and Max plans are billed monthly or annually through our payment provider Paddle. Prices are displayed on the pricing page and may be updated with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

User responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities under your account. You agree not to use Avendo for any illegal purpose or to violate any laws.

Intellectual property

Avendo and its original content, features and functionality are owned by Avendo and are protected by international copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

Limitation of liability

Avendo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the service at any time for violation of these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the app settings.

Changes to terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
