Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to paid Avendo subscriptions (Pro and Max plans) processed through Paddle.
Subscription cancellation
You can cancel your Pro or Max subscription at any time through the app settings or by contacting support@avendo-app.com. After cancellation, you retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.
Refund eligibility
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 14 days of the initial subscription purchase. Refund requests should be sent to support@avendo-app.com.
Refund process
Refunds are processed through Paddle, our payment provider. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Exceptions
Refunds may not be available for renewal charges if a cancellation was not submitted before the renewal date. We recommend cancelling at least 24 hours before your renewal date.
