Avendo

For freelancers

A CRM for freelancers that stays out of your way

Avendo is a lightweight CRM for freelancers. It keeps each client's contacts and notes together with the jobs you did for them, whether each job has been paid and what you need to follow up. It starts free and offline, and works on iOS, Android, macOS, Windows, Linux and the web.

From first message to paid job

Freelance work usually arrives through a chat or an email. Avendo gives that conversation a home and keeps it attached to the work and the money.

  1. Capture the enquiry

On Pro, add the person as a lead and move them from qualified to offer sent and awaiting reply. When they say yes, convert the lead into a client and a job.

  2. Keep the client's details together

Contacts, preferred messenger, notes and tags live on the client record, together with every job you have done for them.

  3. Plan the work

Give each job a date, time, price and notes, and add tasks with reminders for the steps in between.

  4. Get paid and follow up

Track the payment status of each job. When something is overdue, Avendo can draft a friendly reminder that you send yourself by WhatsApp, Telegram, Viber, SMS or email.

Questions and answers

Do I need an account?

Not on the Free plan. You install the app and start adding clients; the data stays on your device. An account is only needed for cloud sync, the web app and other paid features.

Can I use it on my phone and my laptop?

Yes. Avendo has apps for iOS, Android, macOS, Windows and Linux. To keep the same data on several devices, or to use the web app, you need the Pro or Max plan, which adds cloud sync.

Does Avendo send invoices or take payments?

No. Avendo records whether a job has been paid and helps you write a reminder, but it does not process payments or send PDF invoices. Pro includes simple invoice records that you can share as text.

Is there a client limit on the free plan?

The Free plan covers up to 30 clients and 50 active jobs. Pro and Max remove that limit for growing practices.
