    Start the free local organizer in the mobile or desktop app without signing up. It covers clients, jobs, tasks and reminders on a single device, with no sync, for up to 30 clients and 50 active jobs.

  • Cloud sync is optional

    Pro adds cloud sync across devices, web access, team collaboration and a booking page.

  • Web access is a paid feature

    The web app at app.avendo-app.com requires an account and a Pro or Max plan. The free plan is not available on the web.

What Avendo does not do

Avendo is a lightweight organizer, not a field-service or accounting platform. If your business depends on any of these, keep a dedicated tool for it.

  • Payment processing. Avendo records payment status. It is not a payment processor, so keep collecting payments the way you do today.
  • Invoice sending and accounting. Pro and Max include simple numbered invoice records that you can share as a text summary. Avendo does not create invoice PDFs, send invoices to clients or handle accounting and tax.
  • Dispatch. Avendo is not a dispatch system: it does not assign jobs to cleaners automatically.
  • Route planning and GPS. There is no route planning or location tracking.
  • Inventory. Avendo does not track cleaning supplies or stock.

Is there a free version for a cleaning business?

Yes. The Free plan is a local organizer for clients, jobs, tasks and reminders in the mobile and desktop apps, for up to 30 clients and 50 active jobs. It works offline on a single device, with no sync, and does not require an account. Pro adds cloud sync, web access, team collaboration, a booking page and invoice records, and Max adds optional AI features. The web app requires a Pro or Max plan.

Does Avendo work without an internet connection?

Yes, in the mobile and desktop apps. They work locally first: the free local organizer runs offline and stores your data on your device. Cloud sync is an optional upgrade in the Pro plan. The web app requires an account and a Pro or Max plan.

Can Avendo take payments or send invoices to my clients?

No. Avendo records the payment status of each job so you can see who has paid and who still owes, but it does not process payments. On the Pro and Max plans you can also keep simple numbered invoice records and share them as a text summary; Avendo does not create invoice PDFs or send invoices to clients.

Can I use Avendo with a cleaning team?

Pro adds cloud sync across devices and team collaboration. Avendo is not a dispatch system: it does not assign jobs to cleaners automatically or plan routes.
